Hi Larry!

In all the years I have had my carry permit I have drawn once - against a pit
bull who was keeping me from getting into my car. I called repeatedly to the
owner who either couldn't hear or wanted to have the the "pleasure" of
watching the dog tear my leg off. Some people are sick like that.

When the owner did not respond I drew my weapon, which that day was the
Charter .44, the pit bull saw it and immediately gave way to me. Smart dog.
THEN the owner came out, which gave me the impression that he had been
watching it unfold all the time.
