I don't see a word about VFP source code on the Codeplex page. It seems to be a place where MS provides some level of support for collaborative projects to extend VFP using VFP, which is a good thing, but it doesn't have anything to do with the crucial matter of VFP's continuity, which is more important then 64 bit.
