You need some self-confidence. I didn't say you were sneaky and my general thread was to mention that to prove whether prayer works you need to do a double-blind study (which means using a control group). I am calling anyone who uses circular logic and hides it in superfluous, flowery double-talk is sneaky. Here are comments that can be put together in any order you want to justify religion: "God will get you for that" "God is a loving, forgiving god" "God has given man free-will" "Who brings death and destruction such as the recent tornados this week?" "Let's pray to God to protect us from these storms" "God controls everything" "Nature is a random event"
