If we don't have universal care we won't have a true fix for the problem.

I got an eye-opener when I got licensed as an insurance agent. There are
plans that are truly inexpensive that will catastrophic as well as routine
care. Still, people don't buy them.

IMO, a mandate is the only way to bring costs under control.
