Fair enough. But let me run this scenario by you (and others)...

Hillary is behind by oh, say, 20 delegates going in to the Democratic
convention, but gets the nomination. Then the Swiftboating appears during
most of August (amplified by the press that doesn't have much else to report
on, being summer). How many of these new voters will go to the polls in
November?

Now I'm sure you realize I'd like *all* of them to vote. But at this point,
a lot of these new voters haven't had the experience of having their person
lose.

BTW, I do think some will vote, being motivated by the silliness of the
ongoing Iraq war.

Unfortunately, it's a generalization, but a fact that young people don't
vote. But I certainly hope that they overturn this generalization!
