My country did it in the 70's and again in the 90's. I hope we've learned, though I suspect we don't have much saying in the issue. When the bloody thieves (bankers I think you call'em) decide a country can be sacked they move influences and bribe politicians and normal people can just watch... spend money they haven't earned and then suffer, or don't spend what they haven't earned and then suffer. Only thing that has changed is that they used to do their "business" in certain parts of the world, whereas now they've found out they can do it anywhere. So there you go. Our only advantage is that we've seen the movie and know how it goes. Political coups also used to be circumscribed to certain parts of the world. But I guess the same thing will happen with that. After all, why would an officer that's tortured, murdered and planned coups abroad, not use his knowledge to take his own country where he wants to. Or do you think that torturing or murdering a US citizen will make any difference to them? You've trained them, soon you'll suffer them (though I hope I'm wrong). _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
