Hi Larry! I understand it was a "too slow" traffic stop. Cops wrote him a ticket when he stopped after making a turn, then arrested him at his home later, then took him to jail, then the woman deputy dumped him from his chair. They have scrupulously avoiding posting a picture of the deputy. However, on the video still it looks like a fat black female deputy dumping a white male from a wheelchair. If it is indeed that, it will be very hard getting any justice in our PC world.
