Pete did you know that both women working at that incident are charged with ??? neglecting the rights of someone with disabilities? both were removed from the payroll of the police while the charges are going to continue in the courts. I saw this on tv news Sat or Sunday? Anyway the police are very unhappy with their staff and for good reason.
