The last time it was appraised it came in at $425,000.00 (likely closer to $375,000.00 now). If that same house were in LA or Orange country it would have been worth no less than 60% more. It if were out here in Rochester, NY, it may fetch about $100,000.00 in a hot market, closer to $90,000 now.
