So I'm dialed into a customer's laptop to troubleshoot her email issues. It seems her emails are being choked by her mail scanner again.
So all of a sudden, I'm no longer connected. So I called into the office to have someone reboot the computer, and sure enough, it wasn't there anymore. She forgot I was working on it and took it home with her. Duhhhhh.
