I used to travel to Geneva often (only 1.5 hours or so from London). The number of people hobbling around on crutches always made me laugh! Geneva is not a bad place but a bit boring to be honest. If I was staying there for more than a few days the bastards would stick me in a hotel in France (only a mile or so via tram to the border). Still, at least the bar (singular) in France was cheaper! "London's pub" was the name.
