Just got back from running a deposit by the bank. Yes, everything is relative, so a comfortable speed is relative to the capabilities of the vehicle, condition of the highway, amount of traffic on the road, weather conditions, driver's skill, and of course legal speed limits.
I don't know of anywhere in the US where the speed limit is above 75 mph, but I know on many stretches of the autobahn in Europe, their is not speed limit. Remember to always drive friendly.
