On my network I have three wireless computers, three wireless streaming
devices, a hardwired server and two hardwired computers. I have assigned
fixed IP address to everything. I use the router to restrict one user from
accessing the internet during the day.

This morning we have an IP conflict on one of the computers.

Is there a tool that will show what devices are on what IP addresses?
The DHCP table on the router only shows assigned IP addresses and not the
fixed ones.
