I understand your dilemma, Kristyne.  This past November I voted for a D for 
the first time in my life... and that's been a while.  Nixon (2nd run) was my 
first presidential election... so there have been a few.  I had to vote for the 
D for one of the county supervisors and supported him in several subtle ways 
because the R was a corrupt good ol' boy of the south.  That wasn't a guess, I 
knew the incumbant as I was county party chairman for several years.  I took a 
bunch with me and the D won by 200 votes.  It must have really galled the old 
guy who lost to have been beaten by a black man.  Like I said he was a good ol' 
boy, former D, from the old south.
