My _guess_ is majority of those foreclosure are Mexicans. It is all a
result of Dubya's call for everyone to own a house.  He didn't care if
people could actually afford the house or not.  Just get them the loans
and hope the market stays strong. Well, the bottom fell out of the
market and now the 3 year ARMs are coming due and folks can't afford the
payments now since their salary hasn't kept up with the 20%+ a year (at
the height of the market) increase.  It is a shame since many folks are
going to be kicked out of their homes and back into apartments...
