Of course. There was an article (I could not find it in time) I saw today about people complaining about the buses coming through the neighborhood checking out the houses in foreclosure. This is going on across the USA. I went to a real estate investment meeting on Saturday and a gentleman said that the Countrywide Mortgage has 8,000 houses in foreclosure in Prince William (Virginia) country alone. That is just 1 mortgage company in 1 little county. Talk about a correction... David L.
