Of course. There was an article (I could not find it in time) I saw
today about people complaining about the buses coming through the
neighborhood checking out the houses in foreclosure.  This is going on
across the USA.  I went to a real estate investment meeting on Saturday
and a gentleman said that the Countrywide Mortgage has 8,000 houses in
foreclosure in Prince William (Virginia) country alone. That is just 1
mortgage company in 1 little county.  Talk about a correction...
