Sioux Falls is a good place. I'm sure you'll really like it. The cold weather takes some work to get used to, but there are plenty of fun snow activities. When I was growing up in Minnesota, my family had boats that we used in the summer and snowmobiles that we used in the winter. There was something to do outdoors all year. Good luck!
