Screenshot v7 deluxe does timed captures. (The current version is 8.) 
Not that I've tried it... So I just did and it worked reasonably well 
except that when I chose to capture the mouse pointer, it seemed to pick 
up the pointer state at the time I started the timed capture and did not 
change regardless of the actual state of the mouse pointer for the 
duration of the captures. The other caveat is that VFP, at least earlier 
versions than 9 I believe, didn't expose Windows handles to all its 
graphical objects and that can cause some screen capture programs to not 
work as expected.
