Michael:  I have done work for temporary agencies.  Usually they mark up 
your services by a fairly standard amount.  Employees on the other hand 
are subject to this all the time.  Your arrangement sounds sort of like 
a temporary agency and I personally would ask for a similar markup that 
you are getting now.

I agree with what someone else said about doing it in person.  Second 
best would be over a phone call.  I would get an answer before doing any 
work, though.
