This whole thing WAS the result of a school wellness
program that banned candy sales.

1. What kind would think that appied to
student-to-student sales and not just vending machine
and cafeteria sales?

2. What moron would strip an award from a kid for
this infraction with is equivelent to chewing gum?

3. What kind of school system would ban candy to
begin with? In High School we sold candy for school
fundraisers. What nonsense is this?
