I'm sorry to say that I did one of those, sort of. Customer asked for a new report. I did it; it looked good and the numbers seemed reasonable. Did I say "seemed?" Yup. You know the rest of the story: after I installed it, and he ran it, I got _the_ call: "Gee, Ken, the new report looks great. Thanks a lot. There's just one little problem, though: the totals are wrong." Oops.
