Well, the supermarket is a little like that about another necessity called 
food.  If you don't pay for it, then there are two other choices.  Either we 
have people providing care for nothing, which is called slavery, or we take 
money from someone who worked for it, which is called stealing.  There may be a 
third choice... if you can get people to VOLUNTARILY contribute, then you are 
OK.
