Two things, Pete,

First "Let the patient decide " would be anathema to a nationalized health 
plan.  Our masters would make the choices for us.  We will take their orders 
and be happy with them.

Second, "supply side" is not understood by nationalized health advocates.  They 
would reject it which means they don't understand it.
