We understand scope grope here!

In the past we make a very small web app that has a very limited
functionality and call it a tool. Shipping,  Kitting, Special Instructions,
etc.......

This app is going to take all of them and bind them into a single app, web
or win to be determined.

As they got into this they realized that one change here presentd a need to
better organize another area that they were not going to do in phase 1.
This went around and around and around.  I still have the first version's
PRD and it is only 45 pages with 30 of them being screen shots of the same
web page showing different data, cause you clicked some other friggin
button.

I'll get you the final page count when it's released, I'm guessing in the
300+ pages but it could be double that if it is as through as I fear.

Funny thing is that our order entry system has to EVOLVE a whole lot to take
advantage of all this new cool shit we are about to do.  They have that
planned for July or Aug on that being close to alpha testing with a few
clients.  That will give us time to catch up.  I hope :)
