Nope. I invoke Postel's Law [1], roughly, "Be liberal in what you accept and strict in what you produce." I agree that most of the messages are just lack of consideration on the part of the sender, whether in haste or ignorance, but we all make mistakes once in a while. Habitual Offenders should be subject to increasing harassment and ridicule. The noobie for whom English may be a second language and who doesn't understand the (sometimes arcane) rules of mailing lists ought be be guided be the more experienced, not rejected by an automaton that would make him or her less likely to post again. I hadn't thought this to be a significant problem here. I find thread drift without Subject-retitling to be more frustrating. But I don't advocate some automated form of correction for that, either.
