Or just use "%homedrive%%homepath%" which points to whatever the user's home
directory is. Much better than hard coding, since "Documents and Settings"
is also localized on Windows 2000/XP.
On Vista they changed that (would you believe! <g>). Hence, the folder is
now "C:\Users", but Explorer displays and accepts the localized version
("C:\Benutzer" on a german system). For some folders like "My pictures" they
created hard links that point to the new locations, when the new location is
in a different folder.
