My colleague is responsible for our Installshield package. We've got apps in the field that are typically stored in the c:\Symplcty folder, but sometimes (in legacy locations) it's stored in c:\Symplicity or c:\sym_proj.
Is there a way to conditionally script InstallShield to look for the existence of one of these locations (in preferred order: symplcty, symplicty, sym_proj) and then have the InstallShield default installation folder be whatever is found in that order of preference? It's the latest Installshield, afaik. tia! --Michael _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
