I had a landscaping company do about $2000 worth of work at my house. They did a terrific job so I wrote them a check for $1800 and told them I would pay them the $200 when they picked up the mountain of debris.
Well they never came back, apparently it would cost more than $300 to cart it away. So I called Prepaid legal and they sent a warning letter and in about 3 days everything was picked up.
