FTP logs show people downloading lots of stuff.
Did you try opening up a DOS window directly? Start by typing:
ftp leafe.com
(use anonymous as the user name when prompted)
...and then at the prompt, typing
get mbabcock_ntier_demo.ZIP
If that doesn't work, you've got some firewall issues.
