A subcontractor is stuck on Windows and needs to edit a bunch of XHTML
and CSS files on a remote Linux box. I'm looking for recommendations
for:

- simple, easy-to-use, intuitive interface
- color-context editing
- cheap or free
- Open Source preferred
- ability to post to remote machine via scp a plus (could use WinSCP separately)

I'm thinking Scite and WinSCP fit the bill, but would welcome other
recommendations.
