I figure I exercised enough when I was younger. I would lift weights on MWF and run 3.5 miles TThS Now, when I get the urge to exercise, I sit down and wait til it passes. Also, remember the guy who wrote the book on jogging - died of a heart attack! And finally, did you ever see anyone smiling while jogging?<G>
