Biking, !!!
I do about 20 miles each day.. to and from my office.    I just got an 
e-bike, with battery and motor, which does help in getting up hills,

But I agree.. when I lived in NY.. went 8 years without getting on a bike 
once.. now that I am back in LA .. I have dropped 50 lbs  basically doing 
cardio once a day...   Its important..
