Because those that benefit from this form of racism see nothing wrong with it and will not complain. To many Ds, whatever they have to do to gain or retain power is legitimate because they see their redistribution goals as honorable and the end justifies the means. Generally, for a conservative, there is so much foolishness on the part of their opponents, race never enters the argument. I mean will a liberal of any color be worse than a liberal of another. On the other hand, a conservative of any color is better equipped for leadership than a liberal of any color.
