It seems like you know what you are doing, but your problem statement is still too long and complex, making it difficult for us to help you. I think what you need to do is make the simplest report that shows the issue you are having, and then share that with us. In my mind, your simple test bundle would consist of: + the report file (frx and frt) + a program that drives it by: 1) creating test data in a temporary cursor 2) running the REPORT FORM ... PREVIEW command against the test data zip that up, post it on the web somewhere, and then restate your problem with a link to your zip bundle. Perhaps the process of making the simple test case will help you find the problem yourself, even. Just my 2 pennies.
