I am not looking for a loan. I'm looking for a court bond. Court bonds are
not like bail bonds, in that they don't cost 10% of the face amount.
Secondly, a court bond must be secured just like a bail bond is secured.

I need a court bond for $100K by 7/8 at 4:00 pm to get the TRO. If I don't
have that, the TRO expires and the house goes on the auction block even
though there is litigation pending.

I did file a lis pendens, which alerts any title company that the house is
the subject of litigation. It may make the house less appealing to buyers,
because it alerts them to the pending litigation.

That was as much as I could think of to do at this point.
