You need to remove the RULE for a default value first:

ALTER TABLE dbo.CLIENTES_VAREJO
        DROP CONSTRAINT 'DEFAULT_0
GO

then your drop column will be fine.  You can't just drop the column if
another object is dependent on it's PRESENCE.
