Yup. The problem was reported to the group at 12:52 PM EDT (GMT-4),
reported to me at 1:12 (Thanks, Paul!) and picked up when I got back
from a late lunch, I sent my ace network troubleshooter to the data
center after determining the machine needed local access, facilities
restored at around 2 PM, after determining the services were working
correctly locally: recycled the router and then restarted the firewall
software.

So much for five nines. Guess I have to start the count over again.
