It's understandable. If Sue Knowledgeworker takes home the data of all
customers to work on it for the weekend, and plugs into the home
network where the PS3 and the Wii and family surfing machine are
located, that corporate laptop has to have as good a firewall and
intrusion prevention as the corporate enterprise. Sue's likely to have
IE opened with Twitter and IM and AJAX-based websites running. That's
a security nightmare.
