Appreciate it..
I can do development, but that's not my strong point as my hearts not in it
and I have to force myself.
Would really like to find some young people that only want to code and they
need somebody with lots of experience to help them in some ways.

This way I can help them and they can help me get some coding done on some
of my projects...

Oh well, not much to entice some good young coders here.
I was hoping to find the old farts like myself that are burned out on the
rat race, but still believe in the ability of individuals to create the next
best thing..

Subject: Re: [OT] Budding Entrepreneurs

If you are near public transportation, you might look at the young computer
geek type. I'm not recommending this as there are other problems associated
with it, but depending on the area, you might want to make it Section 8...
Big Brother will pay the rent, and may even give you a grant to fix the
place up. Of course, if there isn't anything like that in the area, the
neighbors will hate you.

On the other hand, you could make the place a little nicer to get a better
grade of renter. Young couples aren't the most reliable, but they generally
won't trash the place like single guys.

Good luck!
