Are you trying to tell me that the people who wrote the constitution meant for guilty people to walk free ? Sometimes it all boils down to right or wrong, but enough on this issue from me as I do believe in the constitution and furthermore, I don't believe the people who wrote the constitution would agree with what you're saying here.
