Teenagers will not be able to get drugs, even if they are legal. Therefore,
you cannot legalize drugs.

        Tell me: if every drug in the world was made 100% legal and free  
tomorrow, would you be tempted in the least to start using them?

        It isn't the law that keeps most people from using them; it's common

sense. The few that have that particular weakness will be prone to  
using, whether it's legal or illegal.
