Easiest way I've found is to create a cursor with your data set up the way
you want it and then do a copy to delimited with and give it a filename of
vjbtest.txt or whatever.

In addition to Allen's excellent suggestions, there are the commands COPY TO
and EXPORT, which will work if your target file format exactly matches the
formats those commands can make.
