We're releasing another version of our flagship software "Symplicity" at
Sylvan, and this version has been verified to work on Vista without
problems by our development and Q/A teams. There was an internal push
to make sure it works for Vista.

I'm in charge of the pilot sites---nearly all of the sites I contacted
have said that they are staying AWAY from Vista due to recommendations
to them by others.

I guess this speaks back to the OP's point..."the word is out"...whether
the word is legit or not, it's out there as "stay away from Vista."
Hence where the term "Vistaster" came from I guess. ;-)
