Ya think? My perspective is that both sides of this deal are making emotional decisions that are not in the best interest of the stockholders. All of them are crazy. Only bad things happen when you let emotion drive a business decision. There are losers all around this non-deal from Microsoft to Yahoo to consumers, even without the deal getting done. People have lost money, some great developers have jumped ship, jobs have been threatened, stockholders are ticked, stories are made up, some truth has been told, and tempers are flaring.
