Mike,
I've rolled out nearly 100 machines of various specs and the only problem I
came up against was a select few machines that had early NVidia integrated
chipsets (more than 3 years old). The machines reverted to 16 colour VGA but
downloading the upgraded drivers solved the problem.

Other than the time taken to install - about 45 mins, the upgrades were
painless. Just make sure SP1 or 1a is loaded first as this is a
pre-requisite.
