Hi, Please verify that you can connect to Windows Update and that your Device List and Network Internet Connection did not vanish since lots of people on the internet are asking about problems with this version.
I had problems with all my computers: 1 Vista, 4 XP. After the update that went "well" in all of them, the Windows Update will not work no matter what. I fixed it using DNS 4.2.2.2 and 4.2.2.3 in the Network card properties. One of the computers that have Norton Internet Security didn't show anything under Network Connections nor Device List although the computer was working and accessing all devices which looking on google gave me the address for the Microsoft fix but if you have Norton Internet Security they are aware of the problem and if you update Norton before installing SP3 you won't experience problems. This particular one is related to Norton not permitting SP3 to make the appropriate registry entries. Regards, AiR >M$ is wanting to push this to me via the Automatic Updates.
