I've worked a deal with my collection agency to get a 10% commission on any client I bring. So I want to try a targeted list with post cards, letters, and mailers. It's been my experience that you have to do multiple mailings to the same list to get remembered. This is going to be a nice stream of income and I don't know why I didn't do this before.
