We are tying to use a special Inbox for IT Help and want to track some
metrics such as time to completion etc etc based on properties of each
mail item. I can drill down to the mail item object just fine but can't
retrieve these two properties (and I'm sure others as well) from the
object. They just ain't there despite the documentation I am looking at
saying otherwise.

Some other docs kinda suggest that these are properties that have to be
turned on at the Exchange Server level.

Anyone know how I can get to these two (and other) things?

TIA,
