Chairman Greer has decided to change the format of Monday's breakfast honoring the Florida Delegation. The breakfast will now be a multi-denominational prayer breakfast focused on the potential impact Hurricane Gustav will have on the Gulf Coast. Chairman Greer announced that Thursday's Florida Convention Sunset Party will be cancelled and the funds will be donated to the American Red Cross to assist those affected by the storm. Also, the Republican Party of Florida will provide a link on the homepage of our website, www.rpof.org, to direct donations to the American Red Cross. The link will be up shortly. "There are big and small ways that we can all help during emergencies, and this is our way of helping," said Chairman Greer. "Florida Republicans will continue to show solidarity with our neighbors on the Gulf Coast."
