I downloaded the PortableApps version (www.portableapps.com) and 
installed it onto a flash drive.  It seems to work fine, I don't mind 
the slightly different user interface,  and being as I never had FF2 on 
the flash drive, I don't have any add-ons on that drive to worry about.  
It seems to run fine. 

That being said, I don't see anything on it that makes me all warm and 
excited and wanting to upgrade to it.   FF2 is doing everything I want.  
Based on all the hoopla, I'll just sit tight until SP1 comes out, at least.

In the meantime, I notice the amount of time I'm using of Chrome Beta is 
increasing daily.  Chrome 1.0 might end up being my new default.  (They 
even have an unofficial portable app version)  Any more BS with sneaky 
EULAs might be a deal-breaker, though.
